Refund policy

At VRNDA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a simple and fair return process. Please read the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Original packaging must be intact. The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for return.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned:

Books that have been opened, read, or show signs of use. Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable". Gift cards or digital products.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, or you may choose store credit, if preferred.

Refund processing time varies by payment method, but typically takes 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges when you received the wrong title or edition, or your copy arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. For defective/incorrect products, please share clear photos and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number, clear photos of the product, and packaging photos (if applicable). We will process a replacement or refund based on the issue.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing or production, cancellations may not be possible.

8. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@vrnda.store with your order number and reason for return, then wait for our return approval and shipping instructions before sending the item back in its original condition.
